Nope, he can only till 50, to 60 can one in Old caste in Valley of mines... |

In the harbour area jump into the water and swim right. You will see the entrance. But, you will need a key.
Talk to barman, he will tell you that someone is waiting for you (Attila).

Did you use the scroll correct? Press and hold right mouse button+press and hold down the forward key. If that doesn't work I got no idea what else will.
