| go get the Zed plug-in. it locates zed in balmora with a million gold. he can also repair, enchant and sell scrolls. no bias for skooma or moonsugar either. one stop shopping. |

| if you deal with the big wig downstairs at Ft Moonmoth, he actually pays you to kill off the tong with a enchanted ring of surrounding. he also takes care of your fines. |
