I am a paladin and I got 75 strength and 60% two handed sword skill.
Where can I find a teacher to take me higher cuse eryone i ask are at their limit

From who do i get the stinking note to give to the fish salesman?

Can I still deliver the note and join the thieves guild if i join the Militia?

NOTE: I already let Renargu go and helped Nagur ...
