Have to admit, this took me some time to find also!
From where you are standing, facing the orc, walk off the right side of the block and work your way down as far as you can go (2 small slopes).

I am also aware that if it works with AvP2, Red Faction, Return to Castle Wolfenstein and hundreds of other high spec games, but screws up with Gothic, it aint my system!
