I can confirm that the Daedric Tower Shield is 200+; I took one off a Golden Saint in one of the Dunmer ruins, and I was a bit surprised when I saw how much enchantment it would hold  |

| I believe I found mine in the same cave where you recover the Lord's Mail. It was either wielded by the fellow who had the mail, or leaning against a wall up on a ledge...not sure. |

Khajjit and Argonians can't wear 'full helms', but they seem to be able to wear helmets that have open faces. For instance, my Argonian can wear a silver helm (Imperial, maybe?) just fine.
