I didn't say that. It is a very nice item. Some say it is the very best weapon in the game. But the curse is a small downside to wielding it.

Maggot forgot one thing -- the Cane is cursed -- you can't remove it, or swap to an alternate ranged or extended weapon. So while your ninja faerie is wielding it, she can only damage nearby critters ...
