Many thanks dteowner.
My fighter was hexed,and my bards music skill was stuck on 75.
I couldn't find any mention of a skills cap in the manual.

I've just leveled up,but I can't raise some skills.
eg.my level 12 fighter cannot raise his sword skill over 71.
my level 12 bard cannot raise his music skill.
I presume raising these skills is ...
