Fighting Legends Interview at PC Game Central

PC Game Central conducted an interview with Steve Escalante from Maxima Charisma about their rather unique MMORPG Fighting Legends. Here's something from that:

What refreshment does Fighting Legends provide to the RPG/Strategy enthusiast that have played so many of these types of games?

The game play is one of the innovations Fighting Legends has brought to this genre. You are controlling a squad in a 3-D environment with the typical first person shooter type controls. Movement and strategy center around your avatar, but as you grow in power, your heroes become sub entities of power that players like to explore and utilize in battle. So no longer is the gamer controlling one character but many. One other item of choice that I would point out is the trading system. Not that the trading interface itself is innovative, but the items traded. Essentially a gamer will have the opportunity to experience every single playable unit of the 81, because all units are tradable from player to player. What this does is allow players to experience a good breathe of Fighting Legends without having to start over with a new character to find out how the fighters play or if the wizards are that cool, etc.
