Every Thursday, the entire company runs the weekly build and logs into the same game world for a couple hours of play and informal testing. Several weeks ago, we realized that we were finally at the point in the project where simply sailing around shooting each other randomly was no longer going to be helpful. However, we are also at a point in the project where a lot of our features still aren't hooked up, which makes testing realistic/expected situations difficult.
