D&DO has been reviewed at Digital Entertainment News. The score is 7.9/10 and here's an excerpt:
However, apart from the dungeons, there really isn’t that much else to do. There is no player vs. player area, no crafting or anything which you would usually find in a decent MMO. Once you hit the level 10 cap, you really feel like there is nothing left to do; and that you have reached the end of the game. Granted, you can always create a new character; but you will only go through the same experience that you did before. I know that Turbine are adding new content all the time, but at the moment, there really isn’t that much to do besides tackling dungeons.
