The review is rather lukewarm, and so is their rating: 6.9/10. They sum up their article like this: Although Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring is laden with design and control issues that will frustrate even die-hard Tolkien fans, these problems don’t render the game unplayable. Fellowship could have been so much more, but it is still a decent action/adventure game with good production values and a great setting. The game’s faithful recreation of the characters and places in the book will definitely appeal to many gamers looking to return to Middle Earth. Lord of the Rings fans and others may enjoy it as a short diversion if they can overlook its flaws.
