LotR: Fellowship of the Rings Review at PC Gameworld

We have seen a couple of reviews stating that the game is rather lame in many aspects. The review at PC Gameworld is no exception, rating the game 65% and giving us this conclusion:
Taken as a whole, Fellowship manages to be entertaining in some areas, and disappointing in others. Among its drawbacks are a very short completion time (about 5 hours total) and the lack of real creativity that should be a necessity for anything representing a Tolkien work. These problems and others definitely distance the game from the novel on which it is based.

Still, the game does have its own entertainment value for fans of the novels, and will probably find most of its appeal from these diehard Tolkien fans. Just don’t be surprised to find a lot of the story missing.
