Forget the slow pace normally associated with massively multiplayer games. City of Heroes is all about action. The whole game is focused so that you spend as much time as possible getting missions and then going out to pummel on bad guys by the dozen. When you get together with friends the action is even crazier, with your numerous superhero powers combining in cool ways to bring down some over-the-top devastation. And that final coat of polish is there, too: a monthly print comic for all subscribers, new villains unleashed with every update, and the best character creation engine of any MMOG to date. This is the tightest game ever to don a pair of tights.
